Description
Lead Care Professional position for North Hinesville and surrounding area.
A Lead Care Pro is a highly skilled, high-performing Care Pro whose job is to:
● support the first visits on a new client case
● stabilize care when a case is complex or high-risk
● step in when the ideal long-term Care Pro is not immediately available
● model best practices for other Care Pros
● support a warm handoff to the long-term caregiver
● provide early feedback that helps the office improve care quality and caregiver fit
● participate in supervisory visits and quality assurance activities
● provide hands-on training to care pros
Requirements:
- Must be a current Care Professional.
- Must be past the 90-day probation period.
- Good communication skills.
